Run-of-river derivation plant on the Drava, reservoir 16.6 km2 / 93.5 hm3 (largest of the 3 Sjever plants). 2 main units (A 39MW + B 39MW) plus 3 small ABM units C (1.1MW), D and E (0.34MW each, added 1991) -- aggregated per this project's composite-plant convention. 8 m3/s biological minimum. Average annual production ~350 GWh (max 544 GWh in 2014, min 166 GWh in 1995). Part of PP HE Sjever. Coordinates are a town-level estimate (Donja Dubrava), not plant-exact. HISTORY (source: D. Rezek, "Hidroelektrane na Dravi", GRAĐEVINAR 55 (2003) 11, 647-653): last and largest of the three-plant Drava cascade. Its dam is the tallest of the three, and its reservoir was — at time of writing — the 3rd-largest artificial lake in Croatia (after Peruća and Kruščica). Featured several construction innovations first tried on the upstream Čakovec dam, refined here with more experience: a unified excavation pit for the movable dam section, clay-concrete "hanging" walls reducing water seepage (a notable cost saving), and a 0.5 m higher headwater level than the upstream dam, raising flow capacity to nearly 6,000 m³/s. 2 tubular Kaplan turbines, 125 rpm. Per the article's own figures: ~500 m³/s installed flow, ~75-76 MW at generator terminals, ~358 GWh average annual production.
