1. What this service is

MontaGemTok is a directory and marketplace for renewable power plants — solar, wind, hydro and biomass. It lists plants compiled from public sources, lets companies and individuals claim a stated relationship to a plant they own, built, designed or service, and lets plant owners invite offers for work on those plants.

The service is provided as-is. It is early software, operated from Croatia, and parts of it are incomplete. Where a feature is not built, these terms do not pretend otherwise.

2. Accounts

You need an account to browse plant records, to claim a relationship, and to send or receive offers. Registration requires an email address, a display name and a password. A company name is optional: you do not need a company to use this service. An individual who owns a plant may register and claim it.

A new account must confirm its email address before it can be used. We send a single-use link to the address you register, and you cannot sign in until you open it. We may also decline or suspend an account without giving reasons, and will do so where an account appears to exist to scrape the directory, to impersonate a company, or to send unsolicited offers.

A confirmed address proves control of that mailbox and nothing more. It does not prove the person's name, their employer, or their authority to act for a company, so do not treat a listed address as confirmed identity. Two cases are confirmed without a link being opened, and both are recorded in our audit log: accepting an invitation that was itself sent to that address, and an operator confirming an account by hand. Accounts that existed before confirmation was introduced on 4 September 2026 were marked confirmed by that change without any address being proven; those are recorded in the audit log too.

You are responsible for your password. Accounts with moderation privileges must use two-factor authentication.

3. Plant records and where they come from

Plant records are compiled from public registries, operator disclosures, news reports and company websites. Each record carries its sources. Capacity figures, commissioning years and coordinates are as accurate as those sources, and coordinates are explicitly labelled as exact, approximate or placeholder. Nothing here is surveyed or independently measured.

If a record about your plant or your company is wrong, tell us and we will correct or remove it. We would rather hold less data that is right than more that is not.

4. Claims and verification

A claim is an assertion that a named party has a stated relationship to a plant — owner, developer, EPC, designer, operations and maintenance, equipment supplier, offtaker or service provider. Claims are reviewed by an operator and may carry supporting evidence, graded by strength.

A verified claim means an operator saw evidence they judged sufficient. It is not a guarantee, a certification, or a recommendation. Registry evidence in particular means a company of that name appears in an official register — it does not confirm the same legal entity, and it says nothing about the quality of anyone's work.

Do not claim a relationship you do not have. Doing so is grounds for removing the claim and the account.

5. Offers and messages

Where a plant is open to offers, account holders may submit one and exchange messages about it. Any agreement reached is between those parties. We are not a party to it, we take no fee from it, we do not hold funds, and we do not process payments. We give no warranty about anyone's ability to perform work or to pay for it.

You may not use offers or messages to send advertising unrelated to the plant in question.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to extract the directory in bulk, whether by scripted access or by hand. Do not attempt to reach data belonging to other accounts, to interfere with the service, or to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory or someone else's to publish.

7. Content you submit

You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant us permission to display it within the service for as long as you keep it there. You confirm you have the right to submit it — in particular, do not submit another person's contact details without their agreement.

8. Availability and liability

There is no uptime commitment. The service may be unavailable, may lose recent data between backups, and may change or be discontinued.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit or opportunity, or for decisions taken in reliance on a plant record or a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Ending it

You may delete your account at any time from your profile. Deletion is immediate and irreversible: your email, name and company details are overwritten at once. See the Privacy Policy for what survives and for how long.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms carry a version. If they change materially the version changes with them, and you will be asked to accept the new version. We record which version you accepted and when.

11. Law

Croatian law applies, and the courts of Croatia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of where you live.
