HEP's first solar plant acquired/operated outside its own thermal-plant sites -- described on the aggregate page as the only HEP solar plant in the state subsidy (feed-in tariff) system, unlike every plant below it. No separate module/inverter brand or investment figure is published for this specific phase (a EUR 2M figure is published, but for the Phase 2 expansion -- see the Kaštelir 2 row -- not this one). CapacityKw uses the AC figure; the source publishes no separate DC/nameplate figure for this plant. Coordinates: Croatian Wikipedia's "Sunčana elektrana Kaštelir" infobox (45.32764, 13.67514), cross-checked against an independent web search resolving "Sabadin" to ~45°19'31"N 13°40'27"E -- both point to the same hamlet within Općina Kaštelir-Labinci. UPDATE 2026-07-18: Solvis d.o.o.'s own reference page (https://solvis.hr/reference/?term=elektrane-na-zemlji) groups this plant together with Kaštelir II (PlantId 35, already ModuleBrand='Solvis') at a combined 3,917.8 kWp -- ModuleBrand set to Solvis here too since Solvis built both phases of the same site. CapacityKw NOT changed: this plant's 1000 + Kaštelir II's 2000 = 3000, which does not cleanly reconcile against Solvis's combined 3,917.8 figure under any obvious split -- left as an open discrepancy rather than guessed at.
