High-pressure derivation plant 5km NE of Ogulin, drawing on two sinking rivers (Zagorska Mreznica and Ogulinska Dobra), dammed into the Sabljaci and Bukovnik reservoirs and carried to the turbines by a 9,386m underground tunnel. Built 1954-1959 (originally 48MW design, net head 118m, flow 50 m3/s). Original units rated 22.5/18.6/18.6 MW; fully revitalized 2000-2019 (new turbines 2006-2014: Francis, vertical, 24.1MW/20.5 m3/s rated each; new generators 2017-2019) -- 56MW remains HEP's stated "currently available" capacity despite the higher-rated new turbines, likely generator-limited; noted here rather than resolved. Constructive net head after revitalization 109m, installed flow 3x19 m3/s. Average annual production 198 GWh over its full operating life, ~213.5 GWh 2007-2017 post-turbine-replacement; ~12 TWh produced in total. Weekly-regulation reservoir capacity. Leading plant of GHE Gojak (with HE Lesce and HE Ozalj 1/2), under Centar proizvodnje Zapad. Coordinates are a town-level estimate (Ogulin), not plant-exact.
