Vjetroelektrana ZD2P&3P

Expansion-phase project ("P" = proširenje) built adjacent to the original, much smaller VE ZD2/VE ZD3 (Vjetroelektrana Bruška, 16x Siemens SWT-93 2.3MW = 36.8MW combined, operational since Feb 2012) -- ZD2P adds capacity in Benkovac county (68 MW grid capacity) and ZD3P in Obrovac county (43 MW grid capacity), totalling 111 MW approved connection, matching HOPS' figure exactly. OWNERSHIP FLAG (verified rather than assumed): this is NOT owned by "EKO d.o.o.", the original ZD2/ZD3 developer (which is itself now owned by Professio Energia d.d. + Medviđa d.o.o. per a live fininfo.hr lookup, and whose management includes Tomislav Ćurković). The actual current owner-of-record for ZD2P&3P specifically, confirmed independently via BOTH the electrical subcontractor's own project reference page (helb.hr, "client: KUNOVAC LTD.") AND the EBRD's own project-finance page for the "Bura Wind Portfolio," is Kunovac d.o.o. (Zadar, OIB 34430431080, MB 02757427) -- a dedicated single-purpose SPV jointly owned by Taaleri SolarWind II S.a r.l. (a Finnish renewable-infrastructure fund) and Encro Kunovac d.o.o. (part of the same Ćurković-family ENCRO group that owns EKO d.o.o. and, separately, co-owns Zelovo d.o.o. below) -- so the Ćurković/ENCRO family connection to the original ZD2/ZD3 site does carry through, but via a distinct new SPV and a new outside financial partner (Taaleri), not the original EKO d.o.o. entity itself. Financed via an EBRD-led package: EUR 46m EBRD senior loan + EUR 3.5m debt-service-reserve facility + EUR 15m bank guarantee, plus parallel loans from Zagrebačka banka and HBOR, EUR 126m total debt financing -- this is a DEBT figure, not total project cost (equity is additional and unquantified in sourced material), so NOT used as BuildCostEur. No turbine model/manufacturer found in any source checked (one source mentions "15 wind turbines" for ZD2P alone, uninformative on ZD3P or an exact combined count, so Turbines left NULL rather than guessed).
