Built January-July 2017 on a plateau between the Umac (684m) and Jaram-Lukovac (764m) hills in Cista Provo municipality, elevation 520-770m. Privileged-producer status granted 27 March 2018 (matching HOPS's 2018 commissioning year). 16 turbines, mixed fleet: 7x GE 2.85-103 (2.85 MW each) + 9x GE 3.2-103 (3.2 MW each) = 19.95 + 28.80 = 48.75 MW exact match to HOPS's installed figure. Rotor diameter 103m consistent across both models (shared "-103" suffix); hub height 98.3m sourced. Builder: ING-GRAD d.o.o. (EPC claim added below; this is ING-GRAD's 2nd appearance in this DB after Korlat's grid-connection works, migration 018 -- a candidate for a future Partner row if the driver wants to promote EPC-recurring companies, out of scope for this owner-only import). NO annual production (GWh) figure found -- the only numbers located (94,224-123,635 MWh/yr) are PRE-CONSTRUCTION WIND-RESOURCE PROJECTIONS at two candidate hub heights from an environmental-monitoring document (oikon.hr), not measured post-commissioning output -- deliberately NOT used for MonthlyMwh per this project's anti-fabrication rule (measured output only).
