Direct Croatian court/FINA registry lookup on that exact company (same OIB, 00517045124, MB 02273420, Bijenicka cesta 21, Zagreb, founded 2007) shows it is now legally named Danilo Energija d.o.o., wholly owned ("jedini clan") by PROFESSIO ENERGIA d.d. -- the SAME ultimate parent already recorded for Vjetroelektrana Rudine d.o.o. in migration 048. This confirms RP Global sold its ENTIRE Croatian wind portfolio (Rudine + this plant) to Professio Energia, not just the one asset already known. Unlike Rudine, no source was found describing RP Global retaining an O&M/service role here -- no OM claim added.
