RECONCILIATION NOTE: 2013-era press describes "Kamensko-Vostane" as two separate 20 MW phases -- ST1-2 "Kamensko" and ST1-1 "Vostane," opened together 15 July 2013 sharing one Vostane 20/110 kV substation. But thewindpower.net's own dedicated technical entry for this site lists the WHOLE complex as a single 42 MW asset: 14x Siemens SWT-3.0-101 turbines (3.0 MW each) = 42.0 MW exactly, matching HOPS's Installed=42/Approved connection=40 for "Vostane" precisely. This row treats HOPS's "Vostane" as referring to that same combined 42 MW asset -- an interpretation based on the numbers matching exactly, not an independently confirmed fact. Rotor diameter 101m, hub height ~80m (to nacelle), blade length 49m, all per the Siemens SWT-3.0-101 spec sheet cited in Croatian sources. Located east of Trilj near the Bosnia-Herzegovina border, along the slopes of Ravna strana between the Kriz (1133m) and Vitrenjaca (911m) hills. Investment ~EUR 65 million per Kermas Energija's own figure for the COMBINED Kamensko-Vostane park (not Vostane alone -- flagged, not apportioned). Annual production ~118 GWh/yr for the combined 42 MW asset (MonthlyMwh = 118,000/12 = 9,833.33). OWNERSHIP FLAG (unconfirmed, unlike every other plant in this batch): No Hrote match exists for Voštane. Best lead found: Ostra Stina d.o.o. (Zagreb), a subsidiary of Kermas Energija (owned by Danko Koncar and Iljko Curic), credited in Croatian trade press with opening the Kamensko plant and financing the combined park. Repeated searches for Ostra Stina d.o.o. on fininfo.hr/companywall.hr returned NOTHING -- its OIB could not be confirmed independently, unlike all 8 other owners in this batch which were verified against the Croatian court/FINA registry directly. Verify via sudreg.pravosudje.hr before treating this Investor/Partner claim with the same confidence as the rest of this import. Separately, a NEW 2026 EIA public consultation (mzozt.gov.hr, April-May 2026) is underway for a further, unbuilt ~20 MW Vostane expansion -- not this plant, not imported, noted for context only.
