Located a few kilometres north of the A1 motorway between the Sibenik and Vrpolje exits, near the existing Trtar-Krtolin and Orlice wind farms. Commissioned 24 August 2011. 7x Leitwind LTW77 turbines, 1.5 MW each (10.5 MW nameplate), rotor diameter 77m, hub height 80m -- output capped at 10.0 MW by the HEP-ODS distribution network's connection limit, matching HOPS's Installed=10.5/ Approved connection=10 figures exactly. Annual production ~27 GWh/yr (MonthlyMwh = 27,000/12 = 2,250.00). Investment ~EUR 16 million (consistent across independent sources). Owner confirmed directly via the Croatian court/FINA registry: Vjetroelektrana Crno Brdo d.o.o. (Krapanjska cesta 8, Sibenik, OIB 02826763846, founded 2006) -- matches the producer name already in this project's own dbo.Hrote table. Registered shareholders on record: Slaven Tudic, Goran Frzop, Tomislav Belamaric, Orient Green Power (Europe) B.V. (Netherlands), and TEC Obnovljivi izvori d.o.o. -- a multi-party cap table, not a clean single parent, so none of these individual shareholders is modelled as a separate Partner row.
