Original investor cited in some sources as the "Wallenborn group" (Germany) -- historical color only, not modeled as a Partner (no current claim found). An expansion phase "Vrataruša II" (reported ~21 MW additional, to 63 MW total) is referenced by Senj municipality but is NOT part of this HOPS-confirmed 42 MW figure and not imported here.
