Source: Hrvatske vode PUVP3 (rijeka Mrežnica, pribranska/protočna -- "pribranska" [weir-integrated type] recorded descriptively here). LOW-MEDIUM confidence: a documented old-mill-to-hydro conversion by brothers Andrija and Krunoslav Mataković (ho-cired.hr conference paper), short derivation channel, small drop, at the foot of a Mrežnica waterfall. No specific settlement was found naming the mill site itself -- City/coordinates are a river-stretch inference (the Mrežnica's dense 26-waterfall upper stretch between Čićin most and Tržić most, i.e. the Tounj/Tržić area, same stretch documented for mHE Dabrova Dolina 1 below), not a directly sourced site citation.
